Exiting from Al-Masjid Al-Haram (The Sacred Mosque)

A pilgrim exits the Ka’abah with his left foot, saying:

In the name of Allah! Peace [and blessings] be upon the Messenger of Allah. O Allah! Forgive me my sins. O Allah! I beseech You of Your bounty. I seek refuge with Allah, the Great; with His Noble Essence; and with His Everlasting Sovereignty from the Accursed Shaytan”

There is not a specific prayer narrated from the Prophet [s.a.w.s] upon sighting the Ka’abah. However, one may raise up his hands and recite this supplication received from ‘Umar bin Al-Khattab [R. A]:

“O Allah! You are Peace and Peace comes from You. Therefore, make us live with Peace.”
